For our Clare Garden Festival 2018, we are changing our Food Offering in terms of layout, offering and green policy. In 2018, we will be choosing new and evaluating existing food for consumption traders based on their 1,quality of offering, 2,location and 3,waste reduction/prevention strategies. In plain - we are looking for Clare-based food for consumption/street food traders interested in supporting the further greening of our festival AND we want very high quality +variety for our visitors (we have plenty of offers from BBQs and chippers already). We are of course asking for a lot. All recommendations are welcome also. Links to Facebook pages or expressions of interest via email to info@claregardenfestival.com are welcome. Please send all details by 12th January. We look forward to hearing from you. All our food traders must be fully registered with HSE, have their own liability insurance and be able to deal with large crowds up to 3000 persons.Payment in advance for food traders to a particular deadline.
