Leave your worries and cares at the door, come in to our fun friendly classes and forget the world for an hour 😊 Someone told me this morning that they loved the video about Zumba helping anxiety because they feel like coming along really does help, and someone else said it's the best thing to clear the head, and the only place they can de stress 😊 Ladies have told me it helped them through break ups and also encouraged some people to come on their own, leaving their family members shocked that they would dare go anywhere by themelves! 🤣 All this feedback means the world to me, to know that someone can come and feel so welcome, and leave feeling a bit happier, its not all just about the calories, it's deeper than that ❤ Back to St Seachnaills Dunshaughlin this evening at 8pm 💃

As always, everyone participated and the girls were fab, but it was the boys who volunteered for the dance off! 😁 We are back to St Seachnaills tonight at 8pm after a full house on Tuesday evening!
