What a colourful spread. Today's salads are: . 1. Macaroni pasta with basil & spinach pesto, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and black olives. . 2. Roasted Cauliflower with tahini, cumin, garlic, lemon, spinach, with toasted turmeric almonds. . 3. Red coleslaw with orange juice . 4. Happy New Year everyone! Just to let you know that we will be reopening the shop im Clonakilty on Saturday the 5th. We'll also start attending our farmer's markets on the same day so you can catch us in either Bandon, Skibbereen or Douglas. Thank you for all your support and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Baking Emporium Christmas fundraiser. Hi lovely people. We've decided to do a little fundraiser this Christmas in aid of Doctors without borders and the West Cork Animal welfare group. . My partner and I have donated a collection of books and dvds to our instore book swap and all proceeds will go to the two charities 50/50. Books are €1 (except for a few exceptions) and dvds are €3. On our counter this morning, our brand new wheat sourdough. The samples are out so tuck in and enjoy. Baked in our wood fired stone oven for that perfect crust.

Breakfast is served, despite the questionable weather conditions. Coffee, stone baked breads, confectionery, pastries, sandwiches. Just follow the scent in Clonakilty and you'll find us on Ashe street. For those suffering with a stuffy nose this morning it's no. 26 :)
