Happy New Year! Welcome Back to my students we are up and running with new music, exams, scales and fun games. Bring on 2018! Lots of Fun times ahead. How many times do I say curve your fingers? To help me say this less and less try this out....perhaps it could be a Christmas project. I will demo for you all in class this week. I just made one! HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN FINGERCISE CUP You’ll need a balloon, a small (empty) plastic applesauce cup, some beads or dried beans, a piece of duct tape and some stickers (to make it look fun). 1. Eat applesauce for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😉 2. Fill the empty applesauce cup with a tablespoon of beads or beans. 3. Cut the rolled rim off of the balloon (but not too far down) and stretch the balloon over the open side of the cup so that the top surface is completely flat like the skin of a drum. 4. Secure all edges of the balloon to the bottom of the cup with a square piece of duct tape. 5. Decorate with stickers.
