We have a whole load of insulated boxes that are available free to a good home. Dimensions are 40cm (w), 27cm (h) & 30cm (d). We received regular chilled deliveries in them & have no cost effective way of getting them back to the supplier. I can't bear to throw them away if someone can use them.
Dungarvan is on lock down today awaiting storm Ophelia. Like many retailers, schools etc I'm afraid we won't be open today. Stay safe everyone & we'll see you on Tuesday.
The good news is that the Knockmealdown Heather honey has arrived just in time for cough & cold season. The bad news is that the wet weather during the heather flowering season means that true heather honey like this is in short supply this year. We have a very limited stock and as the man said, when it's gone....
Some interesting thoughts for world mental health day

Its ages since we posted a recipe & I love this one. Anne has been making these fab gluten free "Cheezy Puffs" for ages. Just last night we discovered that it is actually a classic Brazillian cheese bread recipe called Pao de Queijo. So we're actually a bit more sophisticated than we thought. You'll need: 1 Egg 1/3 cup Olive Oil (3 fl oz) 2/3 cup Milk (6 fl oz) 170g Tapioca Flour (7 oz) 70g grated Cheese (3 oz) 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder (optional) Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Spoon the mixture into greased mini muffin tins (there should be enough for 2 trays). Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C until puffed up and lightly browned. They're best eaten warm, so ideally eat them fresh from the oven. In theory you can save some to reheat later.
