The long leavening process and use of only organic stoneground flour, water and a bit of salt in production makes it digestible, nutritious and tasty. Join the sourdough revolution. Big up to Ben Mackinnon of E5Bakehouse in Hackney who started us on this path to sourdough enlightenment in exchange for wind, waves, power cuts and whisky in a wintery Donegal.

We like to get outside and there is no better place than Co. Donegal! We have created somewhere we want to work and hang out. Big thanks to everyone in Patsy Dan's Bar, especially the Devine family, for all their help and continued support.
