Lakeside Foot & Ankle offers routine podiatry (corns, callous and toenail care) alongside specialist biomechanical assessments and diabetic footcare. If you suffer from arch or heel pain, knee, hip or lower back pain Lakeside Foot & Ankle can help. Custom made orthoses or off the shelf insoles can be prescribed. So today I slipped in sheep poop and gracefully fell to the ground (at the same time teaching our son and his wee friend a new word or two!). I've aggravated an injury I sustained a couple of months ago - that time slipping on gravel. If a patient was in front of me I'd say Rest Ice Compression and Elevation along with anti inflammatories. What am I doing... ironing. #notpractisingwhatipreach #gonnabesorrytomorrow 🙈
