Great news guys we have started an open sparring session every sundays from 11am to 1pm and its going great. All clubs are welcome to attend and there is no charge for it. Lets all bring our skills together and help eachother grow without politics 😁😁

We had some serious fun with this teamwork challenge today! The kids had to get themselves in order of tallest to shortest with out any of them touching the ground if they touched the ground the game restarts 😱 It was def a tough one that required a lot of teamwork and a lot of communication between team members! In the end through great perseverance they did it!!
