Peter Murphy BA I.T.E.C C.I.B.T.A.C CThA. Peter has over 10 years experience in the area of Sports Massage and Holistic Therapy. He is passionate about his work and is committed to continuing his professional development travelling as far as South America and India to train and expand his skills.
Peter is a full time lecturer of Holistic Health and Well-Being. He is the head of the Holistic Health Studies department in Ó Fiaich Institute of Further Education Dundalk and the head of the Sports and Anatomy departments in Green Tara College Navan.

Musculoskeletal Pain Management (€50) Musculoskeletal pain management is a form of massage combined with rehabilitation stretching and strengthening exercises to help relieve chronic pain and immobility in a specific part of the body. The therapist will apply various assessment techniques to establish the exact site of the pain/immobility. Once investigated the therapist uses specialised soft tissue, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques to relieve musculoskeletal pain, immobility and/or chronic injury in a particular part of the body. Each session lasts approximately one hour.
