As there are many forms of holistic treatments available with many therapists practicing, it is advisable to make sure you go to someone who is fully qualified, trustworthy, and to whom you are comfortable with. It is also advisable that you are comfortable with the technique being used. I myself practice with a wide knowledge and experience of technique tailored to suit each individual, using a bases of several therapies which include Aromatherapy, A touch for health kinesiology, Holistic massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology and Reiki.
As well as Holistic Therapies being very beneficial for your health they can also be used as an enjoyable and relaxational, self-pampering, experience. Massage is well known for this reason.
