Would you like to get more fit and healthy by practicing ancient yogic techniques? Start with energising your body! There is no better way to do that than joining a group. You will be introduced to a series of poses and breathing exercises that will remove the stagnant energy and activate the healing power of your body. Come to our gentle yoga class, all levels welcome. 6 sessions

Enjoying the joys of life - Tree pose in Sanskrit Vriksasana, for a better sense of balance both on physical, mental and emotional level. You may notice that some days it is very easy for you to stay in the pose and some days you struggle with balance. The trick is to keep coming back to it no matter how often you lose balance. Notice your thoughts, challenge the negative ones and focus on empowering yourself and positive affirmation. Yoga is about the journey, not the destination. Have a great day!
