As always, this post is up late, but it's now been just over 2 years since I opened the doors to @fefitnessdublin in Rathfarnham village . From training 1on1s in dodder park on cold winter nights to having my own place, it's been an absolute joy to call this place my own and to be able to meet and train such fantastic people. To everyone who has come to my classes , to the local businesses that have been more than helpful with their coffees and company as well as everyone who has done more than they should have to help me get this business up and running, I really cannot thank you all enough. I am forever grateful to every single person who has helped me live my dream.

***NEW CLASSES!! *** MORNING BOOTCAMP We are delighted to announce that we are now opening new morning bootcamp at 10am on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, ***starting 26th of September *** With increased interest in morning times we are trying out these times for people, as well as extra times available for 1on1 or private group sessions. Some things happen in your gym that you just have to stand back and smile. While finishing one of our tough workouts (the dreaded Falklands test), one of our newer clients was struggling to finish the final exercise. Rather than the others finishing and grabbing their water bottles and mats and lying down to do their stretches. They stood beside her and encouraged her to continue to the end. One of them even jumping in beside her and did the exercise along with her to help her finish. Its those moments that really make you know that you have the right group of people in your classes. Have to say I've had a smile on my face for the rest of the day since that happened.

An absolute pleasure to have the Dublin Lions coming in for their off season today. Serious effort was put in today with some personal bests being made. Now to keep this up for the rest of pre season 💪
