Hi All i have a new beginners class starting on thursday morning at 10am it will be a 70 min class and it will continue for 7 weeks we will journey through the movement of the body using gentle yoga practice to increase strength and flexibility, we will then become still and focus on one of the major chakra systems through visualization and relaxation. please pm me for more details pre booking essential. :)

Hi All yoga starting back on the 24th jan tue morning 10-11 one space left, i will add on another class at 11.30 if people are interested. Thursday Evening 26 th Jan 6.30-7.30 2 spaces left : 8-9 1space left venue chapel gate Kids : Come play with me!!! this is one for the toddlers and a big person, lots of fun and silliness for 30 min and then lots of tea and coffee bring a snack for yourselves and the little one, coming together as a community is just as important as the poses. venue; just being confirmed, but defo in balbriggan thur morn.
