Good evening guys tonight's topic is "Self worth" hope you enjoy ✨ For as long as I can recall, I struggled with understanding my self worth, I searched for fulfilment in many places like I'm sure a lot of us have at times. One thing that all these places and things had in common was that they all seemed to leave me void...until one day I came to a realisation. My poem "Soul" tells the story of my journey, I hope you guys can be inspired by this, please enjoy. Soul 😶 My inner being. My fundamental. The bearer of my pain and my bliss. Un shielded from my intense emotions, but covered from the naked eye. Only an adequate amount are given the opportunity to feel, me. As we encounter, pieces of me are stolen, never to be restored. I long for fulfilment, to be whole. I search for my unit day and night. But as it has always been from the beginning of time till this present moment, only my Maker can make me whole, And quench the everlasting thirst in my soul.
