Visit www.areamentis.com During our lifetime we do not always choose the circumstances of our lives, but we can choose how we respond to them.

Aim of my work is helping you to find the best and unique way to deal with life events and recurrences.
I offer psychotherapy work for a journey that will accompany you in the discovery and understanding of mental and physical issues and the possible connection between them.

As well I offer a type of relaxation technique called AUTOGENIC TRAINING. A self hypnosis technique that helps our brain to reach deep relaxation in those moments where our Autonomic Nervous System is activated, for example in FLIGHT/FIGHT responses.

No matter the treatment you are looking for I can help with different kind of issues such as

Depression,
Anger Management,
Physical, Sexual and Emotional Abuse,
Low Self-Esteem,
Anxiety and Panic Attack,
Psychosomatic issues.

Relationship issues: Finding and Sustaining Relationships, Separation and Bereavement;

Personal development: Decisions about Identity, Sexuality and Life Directions;

Destructive habits: Eating Disorders, Negative Body Image, Addiction and Obsessions Rituals, Phobias, Suicidal Ideations;
