I read a piece today and I felt I had to get this message across to people who don’t really know what a local pub is about. If you think a pub is where people go to get drunk as soon as possible then you don’t know the A1 it’s about friends community conversation talking about your days work or just relaxing and having a laugh it’s about having a pint while reading the newspaper it’s also about making sure neighbours living alone are ok it’s about the dubs Man Utd Liverpool the golf it’s about reliving your holidays with friends it’s about talking socialising and having friends this is the Irish local. Its time now to give us a chance to operate as a pub without the ridiculous €9 meal rule being forced on people there is nothing in the world quite like the Irish pub we are professional responsible people.Open them before we loose them! #supportnotsympathy #FamilyRunPub
