Pancakes! Yummy & simple to make - 3 eggs (2 bananas mashed in place of eggs for vegans) 125g plain flour (gluten free flour if you prefer) 250ml milk (almond milk if you don't want dairy) 25g butter melted (or sunflower oil) Pinch salt Sunflower oil for your pan Whisk all ingredients together and leave to sit for 20 mins Heat a large pan & brush some oil onto it. Add a ladle of mixture & swirl around. When it's golden on one side flip & cook for another 30 seconds until fully cooked. Top with chocolate, nuts, banana, berries, or good old lemon & sugar! Enjoy 😊👍
