We offer a range of services including Dinner Parties, Canape Parties, Weekly Food Drops, Weekly Paleo Food drops, Demonstration Food Classes, One on One menu planning & Nutritional Information Services.
Three Little Figs cater for small intimate dinner parties or canape parties in the comfort of your own home. We can deliver the food to your home and set it up on platters or we can stay and serve it at your event. The choice is yours!
If you have a very busy lifestyle with little or no time to cook your weekly meals why not avail of our food drop service. Once you have given us your contact details we can email you our weekly menu for you to choose what dishes you would like to eat. We will then deliver your orders to your doorstep.
We also offer a full Paleo Menu that we can deliver giving you more time in the gym to work out!
If you are interest in learning about food and how to cook we can come and visit you in your home for some one on one cooking classes and give advice on menu planning and nutritional information.

This is my Super Duper Shake! If you want to see your energy levels rise and your mood improve try drinking this every day for the next month…..alongside a good diet obviously. If you are one of those that goes on a 48 hr bender every weekend and feel like crap for the entire week you are probably going to need more than a shake my friend!
