Aromatherapy massage, natural body care and yoga I have always been very passionate about spices, flowers and herbs - but not so passionate about certain chemicals found in most cosmetics! For both these reasons, over ten years ago, I started making my own bodycare products just using natural ingredients (including gorgeous smelling essential oils). Friends, family and colleagues started asking for some of these products for themselves and would come back for more with enthusiastic feedback. This is when I decided that my own research needed to be complemented by an official training. I graduated with ITEC as an Aromatherapist in 2012, with a distinction. The course was also my first introduction to massage, which brought my experience with essential oils to a whole new level and gave me new insight on anatomy, physiology and the value of therapeutic touch. I finally realised that this wonderful hobby could actually become a full time profession and bring wellness into my clients' life.
In the meantime, my own search for a holistic discipline that could keep body, mind and soul in good shape, led me to yoga. After years of practice, I decided to qualify as a yoga teacher and pass on this precious ancient knowledge to the best of my abilities and attended an intensive Yoga Teacher Training course at the Sivananda Centre in Bracciano (Italy).
