Welcome to SB Fitness Boot-camp. 1 hour classes! High Intensity Interval training, Outdoor Cardio, Full body toning, healthy eating tips. Suitable4all This is SB Fitness! My name is Shauna Balfe and I'm an NCEF qualified Fitness Instructor. Some of my qualifications include: Cycle Reebok, Reebok Body Smart, Reebok Rebounding, Reebok REP (HIIT), NCT Suspension Training and Piloxing.
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years. I love the work I do and love trying to motivate peoples to reach their goals.
This Bootcamp is designed to challenge you mentally and physically to bring you closer to reaching you personal fitness goals.
