For two nights on the 5th and 6 th of March the, Mulberry Gardens in Donnybrook is being transformed. Trevor Moran,the sous-chef at Noma and Barry Fitzgerald,the Michelin starred head chef of the Harwood Arms and soon to be head chef of The Butchers Grill in Ranelagh are cooking up a storm.
Both chefs' approach to food  uses locally sourced and  foraged ingredients to deliver a truly unique experience.
The evening comprises of an eight course tasting menu with cocktails designed by Michael Ryan of 777 to work with the food.
There will also be a selection of Irish made craft beers and wine couplings to compliment the food
With such serious talent in the kitchen expect some really unusual and truly unique flavours.
