Description of classes.
Tuesday – General Class
General Yoga Class 6.30-7.30pm:
General yoga class suited to beginners and those who are not presently involved in any physical activity. Those who have some experience in yoga practice are also welcome.
The class introduces warming sequences, and concentrates mainly on standing postures, inversions and various other postures for this level.
This class stimulates improved energy levels, concentration and self-confidence, as well as encouraging an improved sense of well-being.
Wednesday – Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga (Improvers) 6.30-8.00pm
Ashtanga yoga class suited to those who have already gained experience in Primary Series practice.
Ashtanga Yoga (Beginners) 8.00-9.30pm
Ashtanga yoga class suited to beginners and also those who may have gained limited experience in Primary Series practice. This practice will particularly benefit those who are committed to developing strength, improved levels of fitness, stamina, flexibility and deep relaxation.
Thursday – Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga (Beginners) 7.30-9.00pm
Beginners Ashtanga yoga class for those in the Gweedore/Cloughaneely/Rosses area. For description of class see above.
