8 Weeks BeachFit Program.
Training session starts with:
1 – Brief on the days workout. 2 – 2 rounds of box breathing (Wim Hoff method) 3 – Motion Rom drills which will also be used in the workout.
4 -Work out. 5 – Cool down..short form of yoga Beach fit is about being fit for life. We use functional moment compound muscle the way your body is meant to move ie; dead lift, pressing, pushing, pulling, running, jumping and squating.
NO WORLD CLASS COACH INVENTED THIS. IT’S THE WAY WE HAVE SURVIVED FOR MILLIONS OF YEARS .
