From all the team behind the bike show, we feel as one thank you has been missed. We would like to say a massive thank you to the women who puts this bike show together, Jackie Kelly. What you dont see is all the hard work and preparation that goes into putting this event together, and from the moment one bike show ends, she is already preparing for the next. Every year she is always the first one in the diamond and the last one to leave, and thats only on the day. We cant count the numerous days she would travel all over to stick up posters, to meet bikers themselves to organise a stall or even just to say hello. Every year she goes out of her way to make the bike show a success, and for four years now she has gone out of her way to raise as much money as she can for charity. So from all the bikers, from solace cancer centre, from all the stalls and from your team, we cant Thank you enough for all the work you put in every year. Less than a week after the bike show, we have finally all caught up on our sleep!Even though the weather let us down on the day, there was still a great turnout and a great days craic at this years bike show. We would like to say a few special thank yous.. We would like to thank all our collectors, especially Kathleen, Robert, Michael,PJ, Phill, Brid, Mary, betty and Brenda for standing out in the rain shaking their buckets in aid of our two charities. We would like to thank Solace cancer centre, for letting us collect for them on the day and for everything they did for us . We would also like to thank all that donated prizes to our raffle this year, including: The Craze The Blueberry Tearooms Donegal Town Hardware & D.I.Y. Ltd MotorcycleWorkshop Ireland John Bradley Texaco Donegal Town and Paul Kenny for his carving! Another thank you goes to the fantastic Ernan Mc Gettigan for all his hard work that he put towards our show and for all the help and guidence he gave us. We would like to thank O Donnells Bar for giving us the space for our BBQ, and for letting us use their facilities every year. We would like to thank our photographers, Matthew and Thomas for catching moments throughout the day. Another thank you goes to Stefan Walker and co for coming down and supplying us with the music on short notice. We would like to thank all that operated a stall on the day. Thank you to all the bikers who came and supported us on the day and we hope to see you next year. With only 2 days left until the bike show all last minute prep is being put into place! This years show supports two very important causes, the solace cancer centre in donegal town and our own charity of injured bikers! We hope to see you here in the diamond in donegal town to support these two causes! A fun family day out and also an opportunity to show off your motorbike. With stalls and a raffle with plenty of great prizes, it is sure to be a great day out for all! We hope to see you all there in donegal town on sunday and enjoy your day!
