Had a chance to try the Dingle Distilling Single Malt today at Adams Bar, Dingle. Batch No.1 aged exclusively in bourbon barrels. Its great to see craft Distilling come back to Ireland as new small distilleries are being built throughout the country. I'm a fan of this first offering.
