She joined the team yesterday and will head up the taproom, hosting tours, tastings and the shop. Laura and her friends did a tour a year ago and since that day she kept asking for a job! Shiny happy tanks! 😇 After a slight set back 3 weeks ago where our boiler broke down the lads have been brewing like crazy to get back on track. We will but it isn't easy. Soon all these tanks will be full again with the freshest of beer! It takes 4 brews to fill the big ones! That's a lot of hours (24 between clean down etc etc) and total concentration is paramount along the way! This is a nod of appreciation to all brewers out there! Keep up the good work!!!
