facebook.comLooking to get involved with the best Chinese Society in UCC? Say no more, we will be holding our AGM on Thursday April 6th at 6pm. You'll find us in WW_7. List of the positons available: -Auditor -Finance officer -PRO -Event officer -Secretary -OCM -Culture officer We wil hopefully be able to keep the AGM brief and then move on to the info night for 2nd years going to Shanghai next year. The thought of going over can be daunting especially without much info on the place, so we wil have some of the 4th years talking about their experiences over to help, with loads of info on college, best places for nights out, food, travel, expenses etc. What you might want to bring with you, and answer any questions you might have! We will also be providing the food, so all you have to do is show up! Interested in trying food and drink from other cultures? Come on down to the Sheraton Court on Monday January 23rd and try them out. We ask that everyone coming bring some dishes or drinks that are special to them or unique to their culture. It doesn't have to be cooked! Store bought or takeaway can be just as enjoyable!

Our annual Christmas Dinner is on next Tuesday in Panda Mama's! Tickets are on sale from tomorrow, first 45 sold are only €10!
The students and academic staff of UCC's Asian Department will be gathering in Panda Mama's for a Christmas dinner on Tuesday 6th December at 7pm. This is a great opportunity for all the students of the Asian Department meet up, get to know eachother and have a good time. We will also have many fantastic prizes to raffle off on the night, to be in with a chance of winning make sure to come along, raffle tickets will be sold on the night. Great food, prizes and people, no better way to relieve the pressures of exams! All welcome! ***TICKETS*** The first 45 tickets = €10 The remaining tickets = €15 Tickets will be on sale from Thursday December 1st in front of the library! There are a limited amount so they will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
