Description
To promote the most scenic annual Open Water Swim in Munster. Something 4 Novices 2 Elite swimmers. Established 2011. Annual Open Water Swim around Garnish Island in Glengarriff, West Cork. Since 2011 almost 1000 swimmers have come to this most scenic swim in the West of Ireland to enjoy great sport and camaraderie. There are options for everybody from a 1k to 7k. 2016 sees the introduction of 9k. All Comers are welcome.

Annual Fundraising Swim around beautiful Garnish Island in West Cork with an emphasis on taking part, having fun and making friends. A hot meal will be served after the swim at the Loughavoul Inn in Glengarriff. Registration is at the same place. Please come as early as possible - registration is a very slow process and can be a pain in the butt for the organisers.
On home strait re insurance registration ready to roll within days I'm confident now watch this space 🏊😆🙌

We've hesitated for a long time about uploading our own pictures of the GADD16 because with failing light and a mediocre camera many are not as clear as they deserved to be for a proper record of our event.
