Tuesday 5-6 pm. Thursday 5-6 pm.  David has been practicing for  over 30 years. Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi, Wudang Tai Chi, Wild Goose Qigong, Tai Chi 18/Shibashi styles taught. Push Hands. Tai Chi and Qigong are practiced for health, martial arts amd spirituality. Health because we relax, align and straighten the body. Tai Chi is derived from martial arts styles and has applications. Push Hand helpss develops this. Spirituality, because we practice as a moving meditation.
