facebook.comHi all I know it's been a while but I want to share something amazing with you guys. On March 20th I was certified as a DDPYoga certified instructor. There is no other Irish DDP YOGA instructor on the island so I am extremely honoured. (Although I am presently not on the island myself 😂😂) This workout is what inspired this FRP group and amazing class to be formed and I want to thank each and every person on here who came and supported the class in the Mahon Community Centre and pushed me to go even further and get this certification. Hi all. It's been a while. Delighted to say that I just got done with my first FRP class with the Volsungur FC team in Husavik tonight and like all of you - They Rocked and OWNED it. Delighted to be confirmed as the new strength and conditioning coach for DSK Shivajians in India and will be here for the next 3 years.
