Beginners always welcome!!Ideal for developing self-confidence and awareness in children and teenagers while also learning dynamic punching and kicking abilities to develope as fighters. This club gives its members easy access to local,national and international competition and the chance to learn from world class competitors and taekwon-do instructors.

The big one! The ITF Union Open World Championships will be held in Killarney, Co. Kerry from the 25th-28th October 2017. 🌎👊🏼🥋
The first tournament of the season will be the IUTF Cork TKD Championships which will be held on Sunday 8th October at Neptune Stadium, Cork City.
