Strength and Conditioning Facility, incorporating Kettlebell training, Olympic Lifting, Suspension Training, spinning, and much more. I believe in making health, fitness and well being something that everyone can enjoy.

I often meet people who say they hate the gym but in my experience its more that they hate the monotony of being bored and ignored.

The trainers here offer a variety of small group sessions like Spinning, circuit training, kettlebell fitness and kettlebell sport. Our timetable offers group sessions from Monday to Friday before work at 7am, mid morning at 10am and evenings from 6-9pm and are suitable for all fitness levels.

I believe exercise should be fun and rewarding and it is my vision to make your session the best part of you day!
