#mobiletraining I know I have been very quite these past few months, family priorities had taken over :) However mobile traininh is glad to announce it will be back in businees by the end of january :) #reallyexcited and teaming up with @babymomma_fitness to come up with some new ideas and #thinkingoutside the box :) #watchthisspace thats all for now :)

Mobile Training is coming to a town near you !!!!!!! We have been inactive for quite some time now due to other priorities but in a few weeks we will be getting back on track and putting you all through your paces. Mobile Training is starting a new class every Saturday from 10 am to 11am in Castleyons community centre. Dates to be confirmed yet. 10 euro per class but payment plans with discounts will be available. FIRST CLASS IS TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE :) So bring a friend along and enjoy yourself.
