Brandon Lilly Seminar!

Great news everyone! After an amazing weekend at the IDFPA Single Lifts 2017 I get to make an awesome announcement! Most of you who know me well enough, know that I'm fairly against using definitives in general and very rarely will I use the term "best" but I will use it when it's true. A few years ago I went to a seminar with Brandon Lilly and Chad Wesley Smith and I immediately said it was the best strength and powerlifting seminar I had been to. It's been nearly 4 years and more than a few seminars and workshops since and every seminar I have attended for strength and powerlifting since has been graded based off that and none have matched up yet. I've been wanting to get them back again since. Now I'm fortunate enough to not only get Brandon back to Ireland but get to host him in my gym! If you want to get stronger and want to learn how to deal with setbacks that inevitably come with life and training you'd be mad to miss this! Tickets are way cheaper than they should be don't miss out as spaces are limited!

We are doing out the 2017 calender year for the Irish Training Exchange we want to get as many coaches and facilities involved as possible to help bring Irish lifters together and help us all improve. If you know anyone who would be interested tag them below. We had a great year for it in 2016 with a lot of very positive feedback we want to make 2017 even better. For those that are unfamiliar the Irish Training Exchange is an open free event for lifters to come and learn from some of the top coaches and lifters in the country. Aswell as get in a training session with a fantastic environment Each exchange tries to cover a different part of powerlifting and we try to get different coaches to do a piece one one aspect or another.
