Face to Face CV Consultations and Writing, Interview Coaching and preparation and Communications Coaching for those time when we need a little objective help and guidance to tease out what we want to say prior to an important or sensitive meeting. Career Counselling – this may be a one off session focused on a particular idea, decision or dilemma, or a more in depth programme reviewing your experience and exploring what it is you want from your working life.

CV Writing – a service to help you express clearly and concisely what you have to offer.

Interview Coaching – a service focused on helping you communicate your abilities, experience and achievements in a clear, concise and impactful way. Central to this is learning how to respond to competency based questions.

I follow a step by step approach using a combination of self-assessment exercises and exploratory discussion to build self-knowledge and self awareness. We also bring clarity and specificity to issues, experiences and wants. As a result certain themes begin to emerge and your internal compass can become more aligned with what you really want.

My approach is open, non-directive and non-prescriptive. I will facilitate and guide you through the process without taking away your right to make your own decisions.

Professionally, I hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Career Management & Counselling and a Diploma in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy.
