It was a long time coming but it's so exciting to see a shift in policy and practice. Swapping vegetables and fruit to the base of the food pyramid and reducing starchy carbohydrate recommendations is a HUGE step in the right direction.

Hi everyone, Just a quick reminder to book your appointments at least seven days in advance. The last few months have been very busy and I currently have limited availability for 1:1s. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
These pictures do depress us all. We say "bloody hell, we can't have any fun at all". That's not the case folks - knowledge is potential power if our actions change as a result of that knowledge. Nobody is say you can never have chips or chocolate. I say look at how frequently you have it, how much you have and what type of chocolate you go for. For good physical health, everything in moderation works but two bars of chocolate, a scone, six biscuits and take away 2-3 times a week is not moderation. For me a hot chocolate once a week is really nice - I enjoy it thoroughly, I feel zero guilt and it doesn't change my energy levels or body composition. Why? Because it's only once a week...
Well that's a harsh reality to wake up to.... I'm not a coffee drinker but this certainly would encourage me to order an Americano.
