Morning dip at Lough Ine
This is our cook Bridget Healy's contribution to our visual sum up..!!.. she brought so many leaves and vegetables from her garden that her snails followed her..!.. she titled it 'no escape from yoga camp '.. while we all enjoyed noble silence Bridget amused herself by trying to adhese the snails to the window .. #dreamteamisbonkers
A visual sum up of our weekend at Lough Ine House..Impossible to put into words the silence, the sounds of nature, the laughs and gasps and sighs that all of the experiences created.. Most of all myself and Dee would like to thank yet another special gang of people for joining us .. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to connect with new people and return guests who we have built up friendships with.. a real privellage.. thank you to the wonderful food and sauna team who went over and above to make everyone comfortable and very well fed and nourished..including pandering to our eccentric requests for gorseflowers and the likes!!.. ( thanks to Kristelle Weil and Melissa Murphy for some of the lovely photos )
