Learn to build internal strength, body awareness and alignment as we move through a sequence of traditional yoga asanas(postures).
Enquire with Eimear to book your mat (and blanket for relaxation) as places are limited. 8 euro drop-in, 40 euro for 6 classes.
I am a newly qualified yoga teacher (RYS-200) with a BSc. Physiology and am currently completing a MPH (Masters in Public Health) in University College Cork.
