That time of the year again, Ballycotton 10 is on this Sunday! Usually I get a few emergencies towards the end of the week so if you have any niggles make sure to book in ASAP as I only have 2 appointments left for tomorrow and two for Thursday. Friday is fully booked so I will be open on Saturday to accomodate anyone who needs attention but please remember the day before the race is not a good idea if there is an injury that needs work! Saturday would be perfect for those who need a light rub and nothing too deep. Dani

Found these bargains in Mr Price this morning. The Balance Board is nice and light, basic model but still cheap for €8.99! These are fab for any kids doing sport and have weak ankles, knees or hips, balance work can really help and a Balance Board is a key tool for this. The Resistance bands are great for all forms of rehab, I regularly prescribe exercises using these. The 3 bands are €4.99 which is a great price for the 3 bands! The order shown on the packet I presumed was the order of strength but I find the Green the lightest, Black mid strength and Orange the strongest. If you ever get a pack of these and are confused a good tip is to feel the thickness of each, the thinner the band the weakest, thicker the band the stronger strength!

Quick update from last week, all went good with the surgery and recovery this week was great! Had Rhys taking good care of me all week!! The clinic will open as usual on Tuesday 1st, it is very busy already so please make sure you let me know if you need an appointment I will do my best to fit you in. Thank you all again for all the messages and well wishes, and of course understanding that the clinic was closed for the week. Enjoy the bank holiday weekend and I will look forward to being at work next week!
