Over the past 3 years I have established myself as an extremely hardworking teacher in this school.  I  am presently doing my masters in mentoring,  management and leadership as I have a keen eye to be a successful leader in the future. I am also doing research in motivation, aim and goal setting and what it takes to be successful. Sport, fitness and healthy living have always been a passion of mine from a young age which resulted in my ambition of becoming a sports and nutritional advisor which will be extremely useful in the development of our company. I  have become a very active member in the Teachers Union of Ireland where I have spoken regularly to large groups of people on various issues. With this experience along with my research, this gave me the opportunity to speak in colleges around Ireland also. From this I have become a very confident and dynamic public speaker which will be vital for our business to advance in a positive and successful manner. Furthermore, I feel my personal experience in working and dealing with teenagers on a regular basis along with being reared from a hard-working background are vital ingredients to ensure our company creates the correct message for our target audience, which will be teenagers, young adults and adults lacking in motivation and desire.


Colin Mullane is 26 years old. He is currently employed as a Project Manager with BCD Engineering in Charleville Co. Cork. He started out a little over 2 years ago as an Estimator with the company and has progressed rapidly through Project Engineer status to Project Manager. Colin decided to pursue this business venture with Iggy Dineen in forming Born2Transform Ireland due to his overwhelming passion for the fitness industry, and in doing so, helping others achieve their goals, be it in transforming their bodies, health or overall motivation in developing people to a level of supremacy in their own fields of employment and goal orientations.

Colin is also an established Accredited Advanced Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor from the Science Academy with many client's from all backgrounds. Colin, himself, has completed quite a significant body transformation over the last 12 months, which is somewhat of an understatement, and has gained huge publicity from this and he is know regarded as an inspiration to many people both young and old. Colin's story has been covered in all forms of media and social media from Radio Interviews to Irish National Newspapers/Magazines to International Newspapers and Websites in Europe & Asia. On top of this, Colin has been signed by a Top Cork Modelling Agency due to his drive, passion and dedication shown in transforming himself and on his attitude to all the ventures he undertakes. As a result of this, Colin decided it was the right time to advance on this venture and make it a reality in forming Born2Transform Ireland with his friend and business partner, Iggy.

Hi Folks, Born2Transform are announcing the closure of business and will no longer be available for clients should they want advice or help in the area of health and fitness. Unfortunately with changes in our own areas of work, it is not possible or feasible for us to put the necessary work & commitment into B2T any longer as a team. Both of us are pursuing other goals and will be working with fitness clients and sports teams individually and under separate names, which will be announced in the not too distant future. We would like to thank every single person who liked our page, shared our posts and supported us throughout this venture and the many kind and uplifting comments we received. We were delighted to meet and get to know many people and we are thrilled to have made some fantastic friends from our venture. Solid, SOLID advice from the man of the moment, Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach!! 5 steps to staying lean while travelling / on a tight schedule!! 🙌🏽 Take 3-4 mins out of your Dayton to read this to get a bit of Monday Motivation flowing!! #guilteeeeeee #bosh "Keeping lean whilst on the move is a challenge but it's not impossible. There are a few obstacles you need to overcome to make or maintain progress whilst travelling 🙌🏽 Obstacle number 1 - the hotel breakfast buffet 😱Try to avoid the croissants, muffins and sugary cereals and instead go for a fatty breakfast like scrambled eggs with some feta cheese, ham, olives and some nuts. Obstacle 2 - the workout 🔥💪🏽 If you don't have a gym in your hotel that's not a valid excuse to skip a workout. You can do a hotel HIIT in your room for 20 minutes or find a hill outside and do some hill sprints. This is really essential if you want to have a few extra treats in the day and stay lean 🍦😉 My advice is try to get it done early doors before breakfast as you are more inclined to make better food choices after a session. It also really helps with Jet lag ✈️ Obstacle 3 - Lunch and dinner 🍽🍴 Unless you are in a self catered hotel it's very hard to prep food and very unlikely too. This is where you are faced with those difficult menu decisions. No matter where you eat there is always a lean option on the menu. Don't over think it too much and get worried if the meals are not "on plan"😀 As long as you follow the principles you'll be fine and can still burn fat 🔥🔥I normally have chicken, steak or fish with a big salad or market greens. If it's a post workout meal I'll add carbs like mash potato or rice. Obstacle 4: Water and hydration 💦 I don't drink fizzy drinks or juice much at home but for some reason when I'm travelling and in the sun ☀️ I always crave lemon fanta, orange juice and a cold bottle of coke with each meal. This is one way of really increasing your daily calorie intake without even realising it. I just remind myself that I would rather eat my calories than drink them so I get on the water as soon as I wake up and avoid the sugary drinks as much as possible🙌🏽 Obstacle 5 : The booze 🍻🍾 Now this is where most people struggle and for me personally if I get lit on a night out I usually fail every time at the previous 4 obstacles. I lose motivation to train and eat right when I'm hanging. My advice - Get steamboat ⛴ but not every night 💃🏽🎉"
