FITz FITNESS is 2 years old this week. There has been lots of change,hard work, sweat and a sh*tload of learning. I want to take this opportunity to firstly thank the members who stuck with me from the start and stayed with me during that rocky starting up period. I want to thank all new members for putting their trust in us, I hope to see ye all here for our 22nd Birthday 😉. I want to thank the now Mrs. FITz Fitness, without her backing and support from the start, none of this would have been possible. And finally, I want to thank my amazing staff, Trish, Ger, Abanoub and Ellen, I really couldn't have asked for a better team of coaches. Here's to many more years of torturing, I mean training 😂 and helping to change peoples lives. This is only the beginning #fitzfitness #onlythestart #followyourdreams
