EM Pole Fitness classes are an extension of pole dancing classes that use the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body improving your muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. Classes are designed to achieve fast and efficient progress.🥰 . We offer different styles of Pole dance, such as pole flow, pole flexibility, power pole, pole circuit and Classique/Exotic. Pole Flow focuses on flow and movement on and around the pole, pole flexibility is all about flexibility training on and off the pole, power pole focuses on strength and power in your pole training to help build up the strength in your body. Pole circuit is a class designed to utilise space both on and off the pole for strength building, in this class both the pole and free weights are used in a circuit style class to build the power you need for pole. And last but not least pole Exotic/Classique is a class that lets us explore our sexy side and combine it with amazing strength moves in a sexy pair of high heels ;) . . YAY…..Super Super excited to announce that the incredible Miss Bonnie Boux will be in Cork on Saturday 2nd November in the Firkin Crane from 1-3pm doing a twerk workshop! Booking is essential as spaces are limited! This is open to anyone not just my Pole students 😊 (You can book this workshop by sending me a PM/DM or call/text 0860532266). The cost is 35Eur per person – once you book your space payment options will be forwarded onto you 😊 I know this is super early to be announcing etc but due to competitions and other commitments I need to get this out there early. An amazing workout and time to socialize and Dance Yourself Free in a fun and accepting environment! We should also remember that Twerking doesn't always have to be sexualised and it is a beautiful celebration of dance with various styles of music and intention. It is important before we have our “twerk sessions” to remember the culture, African origins, rich history and to respect it :) Note: Kneepads are advised and clothing that suits your beautiful butt to move freely!
