To every customer with underfloor heating as in this case be very careful .Putting the wrong underlay underneath your carpet stops all the heat passing through so basically acts a barrier .This customer has for years believed her heating was damaged or broken however the moment we uplifted her old carpet and removed this underlay the room suddenly heated up ..So we replaced the underlay with the correct tog rated product .The reason most shops fail to advise you the customer about the correct product is ignorance and profit margins .This is not a cheap underlay but in the long run as in this case years of lost heat at what cost .We can uplift your existing carpet and replace underlay with the correct product...
