Tom Barry's
Description
Tom Barry's pub comes out on top in summer for sunshine galore in the beautiful beer garden and comes out on toasty top in winter with roaring fires inside and out... Situated on Barrack Street (just minutes from the city centre), Tom Barry's is one of Cork's oldest and most historic pubs. It was owned by Tom's grandparents and called The Caheragh Bar. His mother Betty took the reins then passed them on to Tom in 1984 and Tom Barry's was born. Tom sadly passed away in 2015 and is survived by his partner Aideen and children Autumn and Axl Barry. It is now run by Mary Counihan Managing Director who has a long history with Tom Barry's and has brought the pub from strength to strength. The Bar Manager is the lovely Teri Cotter. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our guests, local, national & international, and invite you to call in for a drink and enjoy a most memorable experience with us.
