Hens / Stags & general mischievous parties catered for. Weather your looking for a cocktail masterclass where group participation is paramount or you just want to sit back with your mates while we indulge you with some of the nicest creations you've ever tasted, Raise the Bar has it covered.
Corporate
We have organised cocktail competitions for companies as part of team building exercises. Take your staff out of their comfort zone and test their creativity and originality in a fun, social environment. Or just get that staff party off to a decadent and indulgent start with one of our craft cocktails. Remember, we bring the party to you!
Consultancy
Raise the Bar can help you with a variety of bar and cocktail consultancy services. From bar design, unique craft cocktails to menu design and staff training. Andy Ferreira is a mixologist dedicated to the science of creating well balanced, great tasting cocktails. His attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality have made his services sought after by some of the most prestigious establishments in County Cork. He regularly works with Jameson on their bartender academy which each month brings the finest bartenders in the world to Midleton to discover the delights of Irish whiskey and teach them new methods and drinks.

Smashing event in City hall Dublin last night. We developed a unique flights board based around 3 beautiful Irish gins from 3 different provinces, each topped with our favourite Irish Tonic. Drinks were kept simple, emphasising the unique botanicals in each and respecting the hard work these amazingly passionate distillers put into their liquid. Irish Gin for the win!!!! Happy New Year Everyone! 2016 was a cracking year for us. Some beautiful weddings, pop-up's, our first festival (shock, horror it rained for three days), and numerous events in everything from tiny little venues to stunning castles. We work with an amazing bunch of genuine, passionate bartenders who know how to throw a party. Thanks to everyone who supported us throughout the year, especially our good friends and neighbours in Old Jameson Distillery. Roll on 2017!
