BMW E36 unit we had in for repair today. From testing the unit it was found to have a internal ABS controller error. Repair was carried out and re tested with no issues 😁
A 2007 Kia Picanto a customer sent us today with intermittent braking issues. The car would apply the brakes without the drivers input randomly. New master cylinder resolved issue for a few months but the problem returned. We tested and dismantled the unit. Unit was in need of pump and block repair. All sorted now 😀
VW Transporter T4 we had in for an English customer. Had issues with the ABS block We carried out a full abs block rebuild. Sold with a 2 year warranty.
We had this BMW E36 unit in for repair today. Presented with a Hydraulic pump motor fault. Pump motor was removed and tested with no fault showing. Fault was present within the control module. Module repaired and returned to the customer
A Customer called us regarding his Honda Prelude It presented with faults -No brake pedal -No pressure in the accumulator This has been all sorted !
A Toyota Landcruiser VX unit we did for a customer today. Unit presented with a number of faults including hard peddle and low pressure in the accumulator. Unit was bench tested before complete strip down and rebuild. A complete new abs unit €3200 inc VAT with 1 years warranty. A customer contacted us today regarding a 2006 Opel Astra. They had no speedo and the ABS light was on. He got the car plugged into a diagnostic and got the fault code U2108/70 We had a remanufactured exchange unit in stock which was collected from our workshop. Another happy customer 😄
A unit we did yesterday for a customer was this BMW 330 ABS unit. It had the common fault codes 5DF0 and 5DF1 Repaired the same day and sent back to customer We can repair the majority of ABS issues in the BMW range. Call us today or contact us through the page for more info.
We had this 08 Renault Laguna in today for repair. Common fault code C0020 - ABS pump motor control. Repair was completed same day Another happy customer 😃
Also in for repair today was this BMW E39 520. These particular units are a very common failing abs controller. This one had faults inc.. No speedo and various wheel speed sensor faults. Customer simply had to disconnect the unit and send it down for repair. Repaired, tested and sent back to customer the same day 👍
Mazda 3 ABS pump repair. Customer called with the fault codes C0020 / D0020 - ABS pump motor control ABS light on & T/C warning light on. Full rebuild, all sorted 😀
