Description
M&F Training Centre of Excellence offer Pre-Season GAA skills and weights training running right through from September to December.
We offer one hour pitch sessions and the option of a gym session comprising of spinning classes, TRX classes or your own preferred session afterwards.
Players can then finish with a jacuzzi, steam room or sauna if they so choose.
Facilities Include
- Fully floodlit all-weather pitch.
- Fully equipped gym with a selection of free weights, weights machines and cardio machines.
Starting September 30th at 8pm sharp St David’s; finish 10pm Parnells GAA club.
Places are available on a first come, first served basis while each player's attendance is tracked and reported to their respective club managers
Lifestyle, nutrition and sports tips will be given to any attendees.
