Hello everyone. We have been out of the loop for a while but we are back. Since January I have been doing 300 push ups a day. Spread them out over the day it's fun and is a great workout. Try it out.

Beef koftas. 500g of extra lean mince. Bang into a bowl. Two table spoons of cinnamon and two table spoons of cumin. Chop up 5-6 spring onions nice and small. I cut up a pepper here too Now get the hands dirty and dry mix them all together. Roll them in sausages bang them into a pre heated oven at 220degrees for twenty mins and hey presto. Lean beef koftas jammed packed with 100g of protein in the lot. Mmmmm
