Hope you all got something from the classes😊 IMPROVERS: Continues next Tuesday 14th at 8pm in Enfield NS - Open to anyone who has done Pilates before & knows all basic principles & exercises - 6 week session finishing on Tuesday April 25th - €60 for full session or €12 PAYG BEGINNERS: New 5 week session starts Tuesday 21st March in Enfield NS - Suitable for absolute beginners - €50 for session (no PAYG option with beginners) Feel free to spread the word😊😊

Can't believe it's the middle of November already😮I have no idea where the last 4 months have disappeared to & I can't even blame sleep deprived nights!! Apologies for the lack of contact...At this stage I'm going to leave the restart of classes until the second week in January. They will be on Tuesday or Thursday night's starting the 10th or 12th of January. Going to try get the hall booked today so will have a definite timetable over the next few days😊😊 Hope you are all keeping well x

However much you may dread the thoughts of getting out to exercise or be turned off by trying to organise childminding or by having to pack up for the children so they can come too or turned off by the weather or afraid of how unfit you are; however crap you may feel, however worried, however down in the dumps, however tired I can almost guarantee that if you just take the step, break the cycle, make a change and walk out the door to do whatever form of physical activity you can you will NEVER feel as bad when you get home and you will NEVER regret walking out the door in the first place.
