Due to an increasing level of toxins in our food, water and air our tolerance level has decreased and our immune system has become overloaded and unable to function normally leading to an increase in autoimmune diseases. In my clinic I see this in many clients. Commonly it is experienced as one symptom after another - exhausted after eating, bloating, excess or smelly wind, constipation and/or diarrhea. This is a sign of more and more damage being done by the foods you eat on a regular basis. One common intolerance is non-coeliac gluten sensitivity.
